big cold house

i am freezing in this big cold house.
i feel so small
not comparable to a mouse 8:) (supposed to be a mouse, i guess)

trying my hand at a little poetry. if everything goes accordingly with the house which i'd really like it to considering i've already put so much money and thought into it already, i thought i'd figure out a cute way to decorate the little shoe roomlet before the living room. there are laminate floors so i would want to keep them clean.
i'm trying to find cutesy sort of rhymes so i can either embroider something or felt something and frame it so as to tell people to take their damn shoes off before entering. i don't really like shoes on in the house anyway, it makes for dirtier floors and it's too formal.
right now i'm just thinking of how incredibly cold i am and how i wish i could be home
