monday morning...again

good morning!
can i just say i really like that car commercial with all the stuffed animals who become big and go out to vegas or whatever and party...and that song that goes "how do you like me now?" plays in the background? pretty awesome ha
working out with someone who works out is always so much harder than working out by yourself :)
valentine's day weekend was a blast...it did start off with brian dropping my straightener in the toilet
(it still works though so we're good) at first i was soooo pissed off and we started bickering, but of course i knew this was also because he hadn't had coffee or anything to eat yet...so i was over it..
we just hung out at the apartment saturday and watched drag me to hell, which was scary but good
saturday night brian took me to claddagh which was nice. some one came there to sing so that was cool, our table was relatively close to the singer. afterwards we went home and watched something on werewolves. interesting.
sunday we got up grabbed a bagel and visited our parents. brian's mom was at work so went there to visit for five minutes and then we stopped at my mom's which was nice. we went then went to see wolfman, which was surprisingly gory. still it was a very good movie.
after wolfman we headed to cleveland heights for ice skating. it was NOT as easy as i remembered. i had to skate by the wall. brian was the one who was all worried at first and then who ended up being pretty damn good at skating. of course i wiped out. OF COURSE. so i'm skating for like 20 minutes now and i'm thinking okay i can skate now, so i start going fast and low and behold i fall forward! slightly embarrassing.
we come home last night and i make chicken paprikash but with perogies instead of dumplings. it actually turned out really good.. i also added dark meat with the chicken breast. i think it added more flavor. pretty good.
so here i am today. not in the mood to go to work, but it's an easy day today. i also have my shows to watch before i go woo woo!
still working on my owl scarf. it's not the felting that takes a while it's the sequencing!!! gah!
